Eichhorst Contracting Services was built from a lifetime of experience, dedication, and a true passion for the construction industry. Owner Randy Eichhorst comes from a strong family background in building and remodeling. His parents owned and operated a construction company in Northern Illinois beginning in 1979, specializing in custom home building and remodeling. From an early age, Randy was immersed in the trade, learning the fundamentals of construction, craftsmanship, and job site leadership while working alongside his family.

As his experience grew, Randy stepped into leadership roles within the family business, serving as a foreman and running crews on a wide range of residential construction projects. He later expanded his expertise by working for another construction company for approximately 12 years, where he traveled across the country managing projects as a working foreman. This experience allowed him to refine his skills in all aspects of construction, from large-scale builds to detailed finish work, while maintaining a hands-on approach to every job.

Alongside his professional journey, Randy developed a deep appreciation for the Northwoods lifestyle, spending time snowmobiling, ATV riding, hunting, and fishing. In 2022, he made the move from Southern Wisconsin to Northern Wisconsin to fully embrace the area and the lifestyle it offers. After continuing to travel for work for another year, he recognized a growing need in the region for dependable, skilled contractors who prioritize quality and customer service.

That realization led to the creation of Eichhorst Contracting Services.

Today, Eichhorst Contracting Services is built on more than 25 years of hands-on construction experience across every major aspect of the industry. From custom builds and remodeling to excavation and general contracting, we bring a level of knowledge and craftsmanship that only comes from decades in the field.
